Combine services

One operating package can cover several responsibilities.

Customer Support, Store Manager, Virtual Assistant and E-Commerce Back-Office responsibilities can be combined when the client needs several parts of the same operation covered. Combining services increases the final price according to the workload, responsibilities, systems, languages and coordination required.

The starting price of a package does not automatically include every eligible HelloClixo service.

Service languages

English is the default, and additional languages can be selected.

Standard packages use English as the default service language. Other supported languages can be added according to the customer-service or operational scope, and multilingual requirements can affect the final quote.

Basic Customer Support uses English, Bilingual Customer Support uses English plus one additional selected language, and Multilingual Customer Support uses English plus two or more additional selected languages.

How pricing works

The package provides a starting point. The operating scope determines the final quote.

The final quote reflects the actual service configuration rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Starting prices are not unlimited-service commitments.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly packages follow the applicable service agreement.

Human Operations and Customer Support packages are billed monthly. A client may discontinue the service in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for a billing month that has already begun or been paid.

Monthly billing · Cancellation according to the service agreement · No prorated refund for an active billing month

Packages FAQ

Questions about HelloClixo packages and starting prices.

What is included in a Human Operations package?

The responsibilities are defined with the client according to the selected service, workload, systems and operating requirements. The package price is a starting point for a defined scope rather than unlimited access to every HelloClixo service.

Why are the prices shown as “from”?

Workload, number of services, languages, systems, customer-service channels, schedule and operational complexity differ between clients. The final price is confirmed after the scope has been reviewed.

Can I combine several HelloClixo services in one package?

Yes. Customer Support, Store Manager, Virtual Assistant and E-Commerce Back-Office responsibilities can be combined. Combining services increases the final price according to the workload and responsibilities involved.

Can I add languages other than English?

Yes. English is the default service language for standard packages. Other supported service languages can be added during scoping and multilingual requirements can affect the final price.

Can I change my package later?

Yes. The service scope can be reviewed when workload, responsibilities, languages or systems change. Any revised pricing is agreed before the updated scope begins.

How are AI and automation projects priced?

AI and automation use implementation starting prices because project complexity depends on workflows, integrations, knowledge sources, languages and approved actions. Ongoing usage, maintenance or third-party costs are defined separately where required.

How is Peak Season Support priced?

Peak Season Support is quoted according to the dates, duration, expected workload, responsibilities, languages, systems and schedule required for the temporary period.

How do monthly billing and cancellations work?

Customer Support and Human Operations packages are billed monthly. A client can discontinue the service according to the applicable service agreement, but cancellation does not produce a prorated refund for a billing month that has already begun or been paid.
