About HelloClixo

Customer operations handled properly, so your business can keep moving.

HelloClixo is a French customer-operations and business-support company helping businesses manage customer relationships and recurring operational work. We combine human expertise, multilingual support and controlled automation so our clients can focus more attention on developing their business without customer service and back-office work becoming a constant source of pressure.

Human expertise. Multilingual support. Clear responsibilities. Practical operations.

Customer care and business operations

We take care of the operational work behind satisfied customers.

Customer satisfaction depends on more than answering messages. Orders, returns, fulfilment, store administration, CRM updates, back-office work and day-to-day follow-up all affect the customer experience. HelloClixo takes on the agreed parts of that workload with clearly defined responsibilities, systems and approval boundaries.

The objective is simple: give customers the attention they need while giving the business more room to focus on its own development.

  1. Customer requestMessages and follow-up need context.
  2. Support responseCustomer communication stays clear and professional.
  3. Order or fulfilmentOperational details can sit behind the conversation.
  4. Back officeRecords, CRM updates and store administration stay organized.
  5. Follow-upThe agreed next step is completed or escalated.

Built from experience

We built the kind of support we had been looking for ourselves.

After years of experience in customer service, e-commerce and business operations, we kept encountering the same problem in our own businesses: it was difficult to find one dependable provider that could combine multilingual customer care, operational support and real understanding of the markets being served.

This was particularly important in Western Europe, where speaking the language is only part of the job. Communication style, customer expectations and local market understanding can make the difference between a correct response and a good customer experience.

Too often, the alternative meant working with several providers, managing fragmented responsibilities or accepting support that was not sufficiently adapted to the customer or market. HelloClixo was created to provide the kind of service we wanted to be able to trust with our own businesses and our own customers.

  1. Fragmented providersSeparate responsibilities made customer care and operations harder to coordinate.
  2. Market-aware supportLanguage, tone and local expectations needed to be handled together.
  3. One operational partnerHelloClixo was created to connect support, operations and controlled technology.

French roots, international service

Based in France, built to support businesses across markets.

HelloClixo is a French company serving businesses internationally, with a particular focus on European and Western European markets. The working model is designed around the language, customer expectations and operating environment of the market being served.

For customer-facing multilingual work, localization means more than translating a script. We prioritize professionals who understand the language and market they support so communication can feel appropriate to the customers receiving it.

Technology supports the work

Human judgment stays in control.

AI and automation can help reduce repetitive work, organize information, support drafting, classify requests and connect recurring workflows. HelloClixo uses these tools where they are useful without treating every customer or operational situation as something that should be automated.

Exceptions, sensitive cases, dissatisfied customers, policy decisions and situations requiring context remain human responsibilities within the agreed client process.

A defined operating model

Start with the business, then define the support around it.

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

Review the business, customers, workload, languages, systems and existing processes.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

Agree the responsibilities, channels, systems, permissions, approvals and escalation boundaries.

  3. 03

    Set up access and workflows

Prepare the approved tools, documentation and coordination required for the service.

  4. 04

    Run the agreed operations

Handle the responsibilities included in the scope and coordinate with the client's existing team where necessary.

Identify recurring operational friction and adjust the agreed working model when the business needs change.

How we approach the work

Good operations require more than completing tasks.

Customer satisfaction

Customer relationships should be handled professionally and with enough context to protect the experience behind the transaction.

Local relevance

Language, tone and market expectations should be considered when communicating with customers.

Human judgment

Cases requiring context, sensitivity or exceptions should not be reduced to an automatic workflow.

Client control

The client retains control of policies, permissions, commercial authority and approval rules.

Clear responsibilities

Every scope should define what HelloClixo handles, what requires approval and what remains with the client.

Security and privacy

Access to customer and business information should be limited to what is required for the agreed responsibilities.

Web development through ClixoWeb

Customer operations and the digital experience can be supported under the same business.

ClixoWeb is HelloClixo's web-development division and service brand. While HelloClixo focuses on customer support, e-commerce operations, back-office work and business support, ClixoWeb covers the web-development side of a business, including websites and e-commerce development.

This allows clients that need both operational support and web-development work to access the two areas through the same broader HelloClixo business.
