Beyond the inbox

A useful answer often requires an operational check.

An order question may require checking fulfilment or carrier information. A return may require confirming the return process and refund status. HelloClixo can connect customer communication with the operational follow-up needed to move the case forward.

Order and delivery question

  1. Review the customer request
  2. Check the available order and shipping information
  3. Follow up with the relevant internal team or carrier when required
  4. Reply with the appropriate next step

Return or refund request

  1. Review the reason for the request
  2. Check the applicable return information and order context
  3. Coordinate the required operational follow-up
  4. Explain the next step clearly to the customer

B2B + B2C

Customer support for different types of customer relationships.

B2C customer support

Handle day-to-day questions from individual customers about products, orders, delivery, returns, refunds and post-purchase issues.

B2B customer support

Support professional customers with order questions, account follow-up, product information, delivery coordination and recurring business enquiries within the agreed scope.

The workflow, tone and escalation rules can be defined according to the type of customers your business serves.

Multilingual customer support

Serve customers across twelve service languages.

HelloClixo can provide customer support and related operational assistance across the following languages.

Human-led support

Use automation and AI to assist the team, not remove human judgment.

Customer support involves tone, context and exceptions. Human agents remain responsible for customer conversations and decisions that require judgment. Automation and AI can assist with defined repetitive work where appropriate.

Human conversations

Customer communication stays with people when tone, judgment or context matters.

Assisted workflows

Automation or AI can assist with defined tasks such as routing, summarization or repetitive workflow steps when the inputs and rules are clear.

Human escalation

Cases outside the defined workflow move to a person rather than being forced through automation.

Service scope

Define coverage around the support your business actually needs.

The customer-support setup can be defined according to the languages, channels, customer types, expected workload, working hours, tools and escalation rules that belong to the agreed scope.

HelloClixo does not present one fixed support schedule for every client. Coverage is agreed according to the service scope.

  • Support channels
  • B2B and B2C requirements
  • Expected workload
  • Coverage hours
  • Existing tools
